What I have found is that its reliability is based on your internet speed and quality of connection. If anyone out there is thinking about it, I highly recommend it! I believe that w/ Comcast Digital Voice, it's all wired in, and you can't just take the box w/ you. We have comcast, and it's blazin' fast cause we're sittin' right on top of the main hub. They are a great service, if you have the bandwidth to pull it off.
